BEST Recycling (Canada) Ltd. was established in British Columbia, Canada in October
of 1997, as a result of its acquisition of Weyerhaeuser Canada Ltds recycling business
and plant in New Westminster, B.C. In September 1999, BEST Recycling merged with Fibres
International.

Services
The plant provides recycling containers, equipment, and collection service in the
Vancouver Lower Mainland area. It also provides a convenient drop-off area for cardboard,
newspaper, and mixed paper for waste haulers, recyclers, and the public. BEST Recycling
buys back recyclables based on the prevailing fair market value of materials. Other

Directions
BEST is located in the industrial area of Brunette Avenue between the Trans-Canada
Highway (HWY1) and Columbia Street in the City of New Westminster. It is accessible
